COVID-19: New precautionary measures in Dubai

A new set of rules have been set by the Dubai Government authorities.

As COVID-19 cases spikes, Dubai authorities updated the precautions and regulations in line with efforts to ensure the highest safety measure are adhered to.


Food and Beverages: Distance between tables at restaurants & cafes from 2 meters to 3 meters. The number of people allowed to sit at one table reduced from 10 to 7 at restaurants to 4 at cafes. 

Social Events: Effective Wednesday 27 January, attendance of weddings, social events, and private parties will be limited to first-degree relatives totalling a maximum of 10 people only, whether at a hotel or at home.


Fitness centre: Increase the physical distancing between the sports equipment and trainees from 2m to 3m.
