The story started when Abdelrahman Alteneiji , founder of Peppers , first tried Nashville style hot chicken
in the United States:
I was in a trip to US in June 2018 , so off course the restaurants list is ready ! a Nashville hot chicken joint was on my list . went there for lunch , the waiting line was long ! I joined the line and waited for 1 hour , I tried the Hot chicken and the experience became an obsession , I came the next day and waited for another 2 hours to have it . I noticed that every single person i saw eating Hot Chicken was smiling and happy, even while in pain for some! I went back to the hotel and spend all the night googling the story and the history of Nashville hot chicken , it was interesting story , so decided to spend more time there learning about the people, the culture and the Hot chicken , Tried almost all the Hot chiken joints there , its not a normal experience , there is something different ! so I decided to study every thing about it , talked to many chefs and hot chicken restaurant’s owners , crafted my own blend of spices in a spice lab in NYC . And opened PEPPERS in the Greatest Mall in Dubai.
