    Description

Forget the usual curry house clichés. This is proper Pakistani food, the kind we eat at home every day. Wholesome, handmade rotis. Delicate, aromatic spices. Refreshing chutneys and pickles. All ripped from the pages of Mum’s recipe book. All made from ingredients you’ll find in her kitchen.

    *** THE MOTI MISSION ***
Moti Roti’s mission is to give the curry a long-deserved facelift, by taking out the calories and excess spices, and turning it into a healthy fast food snack, using the Roti as warm wraps.
Roti is a well known bread in pakistani and indian cuisine, but the Roti we eat at home is different to its more famous siblings: the Naan, and the Tandoor Roti. Our home roti’s are the unsung gem of our precious cuisine, they smell amazing when cooked, and we want EVERYONE to experience what we do.
We serve our Roti fresh, filled with light curries, with the option to add finely chopped ‘Kuchumber Salad’, cooled with Mint Yogurt or nuked with Hot Mint Chutney!
We have improvised the low fat fillings based on home style curries which are not normally found in restaurants.
In keeping with the health and well being of our food, we also serve ‘Skinny Lassi’, a yogurt based shake which comes in many flavours including strawberry, banana, and mango.
You must also try our famous Rice Box. Pilau rice but made with brown basmati rice, not found anywhere else in the UAE.
Come and try our Moti Roti, and help us spearhead this renaissance of Pakistani and Indian cuisine!
    *** Additional Nutriitional Information ***
Rotis are cooked using wholewheat milled flour, which is not mixed or enhanced. We just add water, and a touch of soy milk.
The curry fillings are made with heart healthy Canola Oil and just enough. So no swimming in grease.
A typical chicken roti is 395 calories, our chef is in his p.e kit when he makes it.
Many of our fillings contain a variety of vegetables providing a rich source of fibre
The Lassi’s are made with skimmed Yogurt, so there’s all that good bacteria stuff.
