In Dubai, there are several pet-friendly establishments. From dog-friendly restaurants, and cafés to dog-friendly bars, there's something for everyone.

Bounty Beets

Not only does this Instagram-friendly café offer vegan and gluten-free food, but it also welcomes pets. Dogs are welcome on the restaurant's outside terrace, and water bowls are provided at each table, so you can catch up with your plant-based friends while still bringing your pet.

Breeze Beach Bar and Grill

This fantastic beachside restaurant and bar is also dog-friendly, so if you're looking for a day by the sea, this is the spot for you. It's a perfect family-friendly spot to grab a sandwich or salad and catch a sea breeze from one of the outdoor picnic tables, while your pooch soaks up the sun as well.

Jones the Grocer

Jones the Grocer will open in November on Palm West Beach, Palm Jumeirah's new pet-friendly beachfront area. It will be the brand's first waterfront café, with a wood-fired oven, a chic beach bar, a pastry and sandwich counter, and even cheese and charcuterie walls. Dogs are welcome at the licensed venue, so bring them down for a rest after a stroll.

LAH LAH

Dogs are welcome on the outdoor terrace of this trendy Asian restaurant in The Greens, and they are also given doggy treats and water. At the community floor stage, there is also a dedicated dog elevator.

La Serre

If you're looking for a coffee and a croissant or a bite to eat with your dog in Downtown Dubai, this swanky French bistro welcomes them on its terrace. Pets are welcome at the afternoon tea, and a water bowl is given to keep them cool and hydrated.

Reform Social & Grill - The Lakes

Behind the playground at this British gastropub is a large patch of grass, which is ideal for walking your dogs. Furthermore, the food is excellent. They do, in reality, have a special menu for paw pals.

The Lime Tree Cafe & Kitchen

This cafe has locations all over Dubai, but all of their outdoor seating locations, including those in Jumeirah, Al Quoz, and Sheikh Zayed Road, welcome pets. The Jumeirah location is particularly pet-friendly, with plenty of shade and water bowls in the front garden and seating area in the early mornings and late afternoons.

Can it get any better than this? Sea, light, sand, sangrias, and seafood. Yes, if your pet is included in the calculation. Pets are welcome on the non-smoking terrace area as well as the non-smoking portion of the beach at the brand-new Aprons & Hammers Beach House. So, as you savour your favourite seafood, your pet will enjoy the breeze in their fur and the sand under their paws.

Counter Culture Café

This laid-back café in Dubai Marina welcomes dogs, so bring your pooch along after a stroll around the neighbourhood. The breakfasts are particularly tasty (think eggs Benedict, apple cinnamon pancakes, and more), and what better way to start the day than with your dog?

Ella’s Eatery

This Palm Jumeirah hangout has great water views and a relaxed feel. It's also suitable for puppies. Breakfast options include flatbread shakshouka, overnight oats, peanut toast, blueberry pancakes, eggs rancheros, açai bowls, and more, while lunch and dinner options include delicious salads, pizzas, and more.

Kave

Kave, a cute upcycling spot on Alserkal Road, not only hosts regular fun workshops and lessons, but it also welcomes dogs, so bring your dog along for a cup of coffee or a bowl of ramen. It's cool, it's plastic-free, and it's the place to go if you want to customize a bike or try laughing yoga.

Palm Bay

This Caribbean restaurant offers a range of deals during the week and is also pet-friendly. Every Friday from 2pm-5pm, it also hosts a family-friendly brunch with complimentary appetizers, sharing main courses, and a chef's range of homemade desserts.

Socialicious

This JVC neighbourhood eatery's outdoor area is pet-friendly, so now that winter has arrived, it's time to enjoy an al fresco lunch. Mushroom and chickpea waffles, smooth avocado nachos, beef rendang, and chicken katsu parmigiana are among the dishes on the menu.

Single Fin

This hip café on Jumeirah Beach Road is a hit with locals and visitors alike, and the best part is that the whole family is welcome. So if you're refuelling after a day on the beach or catching a bite to eat after a brisk dog walk, your pet is welcome to join you. It also takes pride in its teas and coffees, so prepare to relax and unwind.

Tania’s Tea House

This Instagram-worthy spot in Jumeirah is known for its adorable menu items and Instagram-worthy décor. However, the terrace is dog-friendly, you can come here with your pet and enjoy a lazy afternoon tea or morning coffee.

The Duck Hook

This famous pub in Dubai Hills welcomes dogs on its broad terrace, so if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon meal now that the weather is cooling down, this is the place to go. The pub grub is excellent – don't forget the pie or fish and chips – and the traditional roast dinner draws crowds in droves (and the giant Yorkshire puddin').

The Tap House

Dogs are welcome on the outdoor terrace area of this Palm Jumeirah gastropub, so bring yours along as you catch up with friends while overlooking the sea. This Club Vista Mare eatery serves a variety of meals, including burgers, salads, and roasts, as well as vegan options, so everyone (including Fido) will be satisfied.

UBK

JLT is a hub for all kinds of places for the season, the terrace area has reopened, allowing you to sit outside and enjoy the twinkling lights and festive atmosphere. Pets are also welcome every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5pm when a super-saving combo offer for a pint and a main is available for AED 89.

Boston Lane

This adorable café is located at The Courtyard in Al Quoz and has a pet-friendly outdoor area that is ideal in the cooler months. When your dog sleeps, drink coffee and enjoy a cheese and garlic toastie.

Chicago Meatpackers

Dogs are welcome at this casual American eatery in Palm Jumeirah's The Pointe. If you're dining with your four-legged companion, be sure to inquire about the dedicated dog menu, which you can all appreciate while admiring the views of Atlantis The Palm.
