Sheikh Hamdan’s decision shows his eagerness in supporting the government staff to have a balanced lifestyle, wherein they can develop deep connections with their family, colleagues and friends, as well as get more connected to work. This will help ensure their psychological and social stability, which in turn increase productivity in an environment easy to work and excel.
