1.Vault


The large open-air cocktail lounge is located on the 71st and 72nd floors of JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, giving unrivalled Dubai skyline views. The Vault offers a vibrant ambience to those who want to relax whilst enjoying the carefully crafted concoctions, and international DJs’ live music. The interiors of the bar are enriched with tables, chairs, and booths in black streaks and gilded frames to make it an ultra-chic spot.

You can find the old-time classics from talented mixologists. The highlights of the Vault are its latest blends of cocktails called Deposit Box, which is a blend of Cointreau Orange, Woodford Reserve and Angostura Bitters, as well as Debt Collector, which includes Bacardi Rum, T Guava Syrup, Tomato & Apple Juice and Tabasco. The a la carte of wines also includes a range of other cocktails, mocktails, wines, champagnes, and more. On Tuesday, Ladies can enjoy a free drink for every selected drink they buy throughout the Ladies Night.

2.Coya

Signature Incan heritage is the speciality of COYA in Dubai. The fabulous combination of Peruvian cooking, great drinks, Incan hospitality and buzzy atmosphere makes this restaurant a truly best place to spend time with your friends or colleagues. The classy bar space offers you a range of Peruvian classics like El Capitan, which includes a blend of Cherry liqueur, Pisco and Sweet Vermouth; and Chilcano, which is a blend of Pisco, ginger ale, fresh lime juice, Angostura bitters with infusion choices.

4.Socialista

A members’ club, Socialista is in the Cipriani Hotel at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in Dubai. Being a Caribbean-inspired bar, it features Old-Havana interiors, blending colonial European style with 20th-century modernism. You can find antique furniture from French, with brocades and velvet coverings. Socialista offers its members a range of Cuban, as well as Socialista signature drinks, and delicious food. Open from Wednesday to Sunday, Socialista offers amazing handcrafted cocktails to its guests.

5.The London Project
