Where to go on holiday this summer?

The world is still in the grip of coronavirus, and people have gradually learned to adapt to the new changes. It has been more than two years since we are restricted from traveling out of the country. When most people are stressed and look for ways to get rid of it, steps are taken to allow traveling abroad. Vaccinated travelers can now fly and explore selected cities in Europe, the US, Africa, the Middle East, etc.

Countries allowing quarantine-free travel from Dubai

Egypt

For traveling to Egypt, travelers from Dubai should undergo a negative COVID-19 PCR test before 72 hours of departure, possess a valid health insurance coverage and fill in a traveler health form.

Spain

The residents, as well as the citizens, of the UAE are allowed to travel to Spain effective from June 7. However, there are blanket restrictions such as:

•Only those travelers who possess completed vaccination certificate, which shows they have administered vaccination 14 days before travelling are allowed to enter. The should have administered the vaccines by the World Health Organization (WHO) or European Medicines Agency (EMA).

•All travelers are required to complete the Health Control Form online. The QR code generated on submitting the form should be shown at the boarding point.   

Cyprus

Traveling to Cyprus this summer is possible by holding either a vaccination certificate, with the vaccine approved by the WHO or EMA, or submit a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken 72 hours before departure.

Dubai residents can travel in other countries such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey quarantine-free, with a vaccinated certificate or a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken 72 hours before departure. 

The United States

The COVID regulations in the United States are a little relaxed, and the residents of Dubai can visit 12 cities this summer if they have completed vaccination or if they get a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken 72 hours before departure.

Canada

Come August 9, 2021, the UAE residents who have completed vaccination can enter Canada. They are not required to undergo Day 1 COVID-19 test on arrival. Similarly, staying three nights at a government-authorized hotel is also not required. 

Mexico

You can visit Mexico to spend memorable holidays. The requirement for pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test is no longer required to enter Mexico. However, you need to fill in the traveler information and health declaration forms at the entrance to get a QR code for entry.

 Laidback vacation

If you are looking for places for laidback vacation, there are countries such as Seychelles, Mauritius and Phuket. You can have great time here on the blistering beaches or enjoy several water-based activities. To visit these places, you have to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of your travel.

Adventurous Holidays

For adventurous holidays, you can visit Morocco, Tanzania and Kenya in Africa. There are only selected flights, and you need to have a pre-departure negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken before 72 hours.
