ZOR restaurant launches a new Uzbek homestyle BRUNCH

No travel, no worries! ZOR’s homestyle brunch has launched to take diners on a taster trip to Uzbekistan every Friday afternoon!

ZOR’s new brunch launches on the 9th of July with a menu packed full of Uzbekistan’s most favoured dishes, and of course, there’s a new drinks menu to go with it. A live singer and a DJ will also be taking to the stage and creating an upbeat vibe. The homestyle brunch invites guests to relax into their weekend and indulge in a homecooked, hearty menu that’s served to the table, for everyone to share, just like mum would do.

Georgian Salad, Smoked Blinis and Hummus with Fresh Pesto are more commonly featured on brunch menus, but for diners wanting to explore something new Pirozhiki (a fresh dough bun) oozing with cheese, Mini Lamb Cheburek, Fried Chuchvara (both fried dumplings), and Fresh Pumpkin Soup are some of the more unique starters to be explored.

At the heart of every family meal in Uzbekistan is Osh, so guests can expect to be treated to it when tucking into their main course, alongside a Juicy Mixed Grill, Freshly Grilled Prawns and Kebabs that will be flamboyantly served to you by a chef.

AKA Restaurant launches a new daily offer, ‘SASS & SUSHI’

Everyday between 6-8 pm diners can indulge in a sushi set menu and two glasses of bubbles for only AED 400.

The pointe’s most instafriendly venue is now launching a new offer that promises sushi with a side of sass. On the menu is a selection of the Chef’s favourite maki that includes California, Crispy Shrimp Tempura and Seared Salmon Aburi and also Sake, Maguro, Botan Ebi, and Unagi Nigiri.

Although the new ‘Sass & Sushi’ offer is available every day between 6-8 pm, diners who want to stay later can expect a lively atmosphere as a DJ will be on the decks playing a mix of mainstream tunes.

Nestled in the heart of the pointe’s west side, AKA is a hidden Japanese gem that boasts a Pan Asian menu, luxurious deep red furniture, and perfectly placed cherry blossoms that provide a picture-perfect backdrop for Instagram shots.
