Solo is one of Dubai’s finest, homegrown Italian Restaurants, located at Wafi Dubai. The restaurant is known for its modern twist to traditional authentic Italian cuisines, served in generous portions, complemented with relaxed, convivial setting.
Executive Chef, Doxis Bekris, helms the open-plan kitchen which serves homemade dishes, family-style peppered across Italy’s diverse regions from Lombardy and Tuscany to Campania and Sicily.
Solo is known for sourcing local farm produce when the UAE harvesting season allows, whilst also importing seasonal ingredients from Italy. All the dishes, right from the bread to sauces and kinds of pasta are made in-house and are completely fresh.
The rustic yet chic ambiance of the restaurant is spread out in different areas consisting of the Main Dining Area, the Mezzanine Level for convivial experience and the Terrazza which is the outdoor Al Fresco dining.
