This Saturday, Armani Chef’s Table event celebrates a classic Italian summer and one of the country’s most prized gourmet ingredients: extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO). Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn from Armani/Ristorante’s resident culinary maestros with a heart-healthy three-course master class and lunch, featuring a splash of the finest Italian EVOO. The two-hour session kicks off with a technicolor presentation of summer vegetables served with a crispy Sicilian prawn head fritter, followed by homemade goat’s cheese ravioli with dressed tomatoes, and a light, fresh poached halibut with broccolini and tarragon oil.
