Your day to day
To ensure that SOP Basic standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.
To take a hands-on approach in the operation of the outlet.
To ensure that the par stocks and FIFO system for all operating equipment and supplies are strictly adhered to and that the outlet is adequately equipped.
To assist in controlling the requisitioning, storage, and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
To attend daily briefing with the associates on preparation, service and menu.
To liaise with the supporting departments on daily operation and quality.
To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good relationship.
To report “lost and found” items.
To ensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
To liaise and organize with Housekeeping Department that the established cleaning schedule are strictly adhered to.
To issue repair and maintenance job orders to ensure proper maintenance of the outlet.
To ensure that all associates always provide courteous and professional service .
To assist in the team building of an efficient team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badges at all times.
To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

What we need from you
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience may be preferred, especially if serving beverages in a fine dining establishment.
Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
A friendly, attentive attitude and excellent English
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food.
A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.
Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.

The focus of this hands-on role is to manage the execution of various marketing initiatives to grow our social media following and digital presence.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will work with the social media team to drive forward our company’s social media presence,
including all the social accounts under the same umbrella by producing visual social media content and engaging with our audience and creating sales leads.

The ideal candidate is a social media obsessive with a strong understanding of social media and core marketing concepts, and who can develop creative ways to generate buzz on social.
They will understand the nuances between the key social platforms with an ability to adjust content and tone-of-voice accordingly.

The role is carried out in support of the overall marketing strategy and goals.

This involves closely liaising with the Graphic Designers or Marketing to ensure content is social-first and in keeping with our brand identity along with KPIs for driving traffic to the website and increase sales.


Curation of fresh content in all formats i.e. static, video, long-form etc.
Responsible for overseeing the scheduling and management of all Social Media Channels
Support the HoM in creating, planning and delivering social media plans across all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
Assist in the execution of new initiatives to help grow the social fan base across all of our channels, including building relationships with external parties for prize giveaways
Remain proactive across all new emerging technologies, channels, tools and trends.
Participate in the development of social media strategies and key planning throughout the year
Assist in general social media and digital responsibilities including special projects with the HoM
Weekly and monthly reporting using Google Data Studio
Regular reporting across all our promotions including regular tracking throughout and social media planning
Conduct regular competitor research to ensure Low-Cost Vans’ social media strategy remains ahead of the competition


Minimum 2+years of experience at a social platform, PR/content/media agency or brand
Strong understanding of the nuances of different social platforms and the ways audiences consume content on them
Good image and video editing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Manager and other associated tools
Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
Excellent attention to detail
Works to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
Willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done
Finger on the pulse for social media

Working Hours: 9 am-6 pm Sunday-Thursday, however, weekends may be required
