Located at the Hilton DoubleTree in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Ramusake Dubai, is a London export, delivers a new dining concept consisting of a large selection of specially designed dishes that carry the modern ‘izakaya’ dining experience throughout the menu.
Diners can sit back, relax and enjoy an array of creative dishes to a background of signature design accents including the separate Sake Bar & Lounge and Main Dining area featuring the theatrical ‘Robata’ counter to delight guests.
Ramusake restaurant offers an interpretation of the art of Japanese cuisine through originality and flavour. The multi-faceted venue draws its design inspirations from 1920’s “Show Era” Tokyo combined with a ’Blade Runner-esque’ futuristic twist. Using aged concrete, charred timber and over sized ‘Abacus’ custom light fixtures juxtaposed against neon lights, Ramusake transports diners, taking them on a virtual reality journey with a culinary experience like no other.
Ramusake’s menu incorporates unique culinary techniques that entice the palate and are showcased in the most innovative presentation style. The menu includes cult-favorites from Ramusake London; the tuna sashimi pizza with wasabi tobiko and truffle ponzu as well as the fried chicken kara-age sliders with kimchee mayo and pickles.
Not to be out-done by the food offering, the bar excites diners with it’s extensive cocktail list and further boasts an extensive selection of the world’s finest Sakes – 40 at last count!
